Curd is used similar to a jelly or jam.
Serve with toast, scones, pancakes, or waffles.
Delicious on ice cream or yogurt.
The best way is on a spoon, straight out of the jar!
Curd Care: Curd is water bath canned and is shelf stable for 3-6 months. Once opened the curd must be refrigerated. Curd can be frozen either before or after opening but some separation may occur once thawed. Simply stir to recombine.
